4 for an away win, 3 for a home, 2 for a score draw, 1 for a noscore draw. No more away teams sitting back hoping to bore a nil-nil.

If it was 4 points for a win City would have already won the League.

How about 8 points for a win and 4 for a draw.

        We'd break all points records

Either way, although your sums are right for wins and draws, you are still discounting loses and the difference that makes, are you not? I'm happy to be proven wrong as I'll admit I'm a wee bit tipsy and everyone is having a chuckle at my bad maths, but using Tee's scoring system, would the title not be on our own using his points?
Apologies, you are absolutely right, I hadn’t counted the difference to loses!

City winning their game in hand would still leave them 2 points behind.

I said I was no mathematician!

                Praise from Pep.

Guardiola outlined how he gauges his team’s achievements. “You give credit for the titles and how huge our rival is. In my career as a manager, I played against incredible sides,” he said. “There are two that were ‘wow’. One is the Barcelona of Luis Enrique’s [who won the treble in 2014-15], with Neymar, [Lionel] Messi and [Luis] Suárez in front.

“The other is this Liverpool. I think they’re the best two sides I’ve faced. That’s why being there, with the title in our hands, fighting against them until the end [is so impressive].”

He might have to add Brendan Rogers Leicester City side to that after they get roasted tomorrow

                    And he's right too.

It's quite nice and refreshing for teams to have a genuine sporting respect for each other, and relegating those tedious mind games to the dark ages where they belong.

                    Financial doping aside, obvs.
                    Oh I don't know.

I think he's employing mind games himself

Today is the day. Not sure if I can watch the city game tonight. Didn’t watch any of their other run in games and they won so might watch this one even though my heart will be pounding out of my chest, I’m sure these games will take years off my life.

No point in using time and energy on anything you cannot influence yourself. What will happen, will happen. Relax and smile

2 minute highlights is all I can stomach of these grubs. Unless they loose & then I’ll watch a full replay too.
