joint top of the Lg having played Spurs, City, Chelsea without reaching any kind of form that is encouraging. Thought a couple of moments of madness aside, Dejan had a great game

Overreaction. Considering our schedule and where we are, it's been a great start to the season. Keita and Fabinho will adjust and we have to trust the club with the Fekir decision.Originally posted by BobTheCharmer View PostA point is no bad thing. We didn't look very cohesive going forwards. Neville was right about playing the front 3 away to ****ing napoli. We lost it wasn't the right thing to do. A lot of our passing is behind the player, it's one thing going backwards and sideways but at least put it in front of the player so he can attack the ball. Got away at the end. Lovren apart from the weird attempt first half was very good.
Why no shaq?
Our squad still isn't that impressive. Drop from first team is massive. Fekir should have been signed. Or someone of similar quality.
Win the next and get some momentum going again.

I think our squad is very strong and I'd like us to use it more.Originally posted by BobTheCharmer View PostA point is no bad thing. We didn't look very cohesive going forwards. It happens, they will bounce back.Originally posted by danperkins View PostEvil run of games, our top lads way off and still joint top. You d take that after our poxy fixture list. I do worry about Mo and Bobby, they are so far off themselves. Keita too just looks nowhere near ready for the premier league.

Front 3 are just really off form, not sure what we do, there just doesn't look to be any fluidity.
Not sure why Shaqiri didn't come on for he would have offered energy, fresh legs and creativity. The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Keita is fine. "Nowhere near ready" is being melodramatic. Obviously he needs time, same as Fabinho.Originally posted by danperkins View PostEvil run of games, our top lads way off and still joint top. You d take that after our poxy fixture list. I guess klopp still doesn't trust him as much to cover runners and stick to our shape.Originally posted by Exiled_red View PostFront 3 are just really off form, not sure what we do, there just doesn't look to be any fluidity.

I think we are still lacking that creative spark in the midfield and it's having a negative impact on our forwards. For me the link between midfield and attack has been poor.
I also think now is the time for Klopp to make changes to the front 3. He's given them more than enough time to get up to speed but it hasn't happened for them. It's time to start using the squad. Players like Shaqiri deserve a run of games to establish themselves in the team.

This all day long.Originally posted by labourRed View PostShould be said we've played some of the tougher fixtures and we're sitting pretty.
Join top after playing Spurs and Chavs away and Citeh at home.
With our front 3 not replicating the form of last season as well.
Happy with the progress we've made this season.
That Citeh game ends a brutal set of fixtures for us. International break now and a series of seemingly easier fixtures on the horizon.
