Stay at the airport and get the train the next day - Taxis between airports will only increase the cost.
Off the plane, Radisson blu, train next day, rinse and repeat.
I make no apologies, this is me

That would be my suggestion too..... Or go into Manchester city center and crash there

I was waiting for you to chip in with local knowledge - no reference of clunge so slightly disappointing

I have a contact who has two tickets in the Kop but my brother is going with me.....next time Frank.

I think Manchester Airport in the Radisson is the best bet and travel in the next morning - cheers.

                      What time is the game???

Arsenal v Spurs also that weekend.....so surely sky will make a super Sunday out of that ...

As for local knowledge... My last tips still apply. Did you do any of that back then??

Also, if you are going for a good few scoops, then check out the Baltic triangle area of the city. A little bit of a walk but generally there is a good buzz out there. Good food and drink in places like Camp & Furnace, Baltic Market and also there is a Peaky blinders themed bar too (well there was a few months ago when I was there anyway) The only thing to remember is that it will be Christmas party season then so make sure you bring a pair of wellies.......because you'll be knee deep in clunge!!!

I thought the same but fixtures still not released from the tv perspective

Yes - pretty much line by line and it was a great night

Globetrotterz will do Chester to Manchester Airport for a starting rate of £41. Not sure if they would do similar rate for Manc Airport to Liverpool. Taxi firm but they only do airport runs.

If you get the bellend that took me to Manc Airport on Monday you'll be in Liverpool before midnight

I'm going to the derby on the 1st Dec and am flying into Manchester airport late the night before (23.30). Any tips on what is a reliable and fair priced company to arrange a taxi to Liverpool or any other suggestions?

                            Cheers.
I've used a few different ones for around the £40 mark and they've all been fine. Reason I haven't responded is one has went bust IIRC and the last one I used (just over a year ago) gets very bad PR on Trip Advisor. I had no problems though.

Anyway, just a heads up that TV fixtures should be announced tomorrow if that's going to impact on what you are doing and you need to know before booking anything.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Strong rumors the game is 12.30 Sat morning but I’ve accounted for all possibilities with the exception of a Monday night game. Have a flight over and two back (Sun evening + Monday morning) for a total of €75 for the 3. Booked them ages ago.
