They are a very good team, but if we go at them full tilt at Anfield I would expect us to make them look average.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

I bet Guardiola will be cheering Napoli on more than the Napoli supporters.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I think he will actually rather want us to progress and have some difficult knockout games.

It's going to be tough this, they're on a similar trajectory to us as a football club it seems.

It's massive that we've got Salah back on top form, he can dominate a match like this all on his own.

We could do with Lovren fit for this too, this is exactly his type of game.

Fancy Trent to score another free-kick.

Given our league form if this doesn't go our way it will be a little easier to take, but I still fancy us to get the job done.

Who have they gotten in since Sarri left? Jorginho left, but I don't recall them getting anyone else of note, seems Ancelotti has improved them somewhat.

I take it there's going to be the usual welcome for the coaches? What time do they arrive?

We could do with being able to pass accurately. The inability to do this over the 90 minutes contributed greatly to our downfall.

4-3-3 and just ****ing do the business please!

                  Keita - Henderson - Wijnaldum

I'd rather that than surrender possession again. Keita and Wij can take the fight forward to the front three!

                        That’ll do me thanks.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

I'd expect Henderson and Milner both to start in midfield? I think he'll go with experience.

Not what I'd pick and I guess it will depend on what formation he picks.

Fans with flares will be stopped, warn police ahead of crunch Liverpool v Napoli clash

Anybody using pyrotechnics at Liverpool's vital game against Napoli on Tuesday could be hit with stadium bans or a trip to court

Specialist dogs will be deployed before Liverpool's European clash with Napoli on Tuesday to root anybody who uses illegal flares.

Police have issued advice to fans planning to head to Anfield for the Champions League crunch game against the Italians.

And on the back of some pockets of violence and disorder at previous matches, senior officers promised all supporters their policing would be "firm, fair and friendly."

The use of flares either inside or outside the stadium could result in lengthy bans from the criminal courts, cops say.

The warning comes after the Manchester City team coach was pelted with missiles last season as it arrived at Anfield for the Reds' quarter final game last season.

And some disorder broke out by the Kop stand when Irish Liverpool fan Sean Cox was punched to the ground, at the game against Roma in late May and suffered serious brain injuries which have proved life-changing.

Match Commander Chief Superintendent Dave Charnock said: "While recognising that some supporters feel they can add to the atmosphere of the occasion, the use of flares and other pyrotechnics at and around football matches is a concern.

"Specialist dogs trained to detect pyrotechnics will be in and around the ground as we fully support the club in working to eradicate this dangerous and reckless practice and would ask that supporters work with us.

might as well as have guess the midfield competition. Impossible to predict.

I'd go Henderson, Gini, Naby. Tough leaving Shaqiri out.

does Mane come back in, does Shaqiri get dropped in that case...do Kieta and Fabinho keep their places...it's a tough one.
