Look at the fixtures we have and City have and tell me it’s impossible.

We will go ahead with them having a game in hand if we win our next two Burnley home and Fulham away.

    This forum is astounding.

We've not been great of late but we're not losing games. City still have United and Palace away and one, if not both of those games one of those teams will **** them up.

We are however playing catch up now but perhaps being behind them might work in our favour and they may end up being the ones bottling it.

On current form we may win 4 or 5 of our remaining games.

A draw isn’t a bad result there normally but City are relentless so anything other than a win feels bad. One loss all season is amazing but I fear we can’t match City’s depth and options to keep it fresh especially up front.

We are doing so well but our yearning for the title clouds rational thoughts for most of us. I think only once did I really think we’d win it - after City lost to Newcastle. From our draw with Leicester I felt it was only a matter of time before they caught us. It’s not being defeatist but rather more realistic as City have too many good players.

9 to go - I think we now need to win them all.....I also think we can. United away and Everton away were our hardest remaining games.
Chelsea and Spurs don't look too easy as it stands

Just glanced at the fixtures and believe it or not I think Southampton away looks like our toughest. I think we’ll beat both Chelsea and Spurs because they’ll suit us. The thing is I have faith in our defence so we can win 1-0 in many games.

If you put a gun to my head I’d day 7 wins and 2 draws = 23 more points and we finish on 93 points ().

That means City need 22 from their 9 as I think they’ll have a better GD. They’ll drop points vs United but not sure where else.

                  ****ing hell

Did we ****. Even if we’d won tonight we hadn’t won the League.

One point off the top with 9 to play.

                  It’s a battle.

I dunno what’s going on here. When playing or watching any sport I never ever give up, no matter who I’m playing against or whom Im supporting.

We were always going to suffer adversity in this challenge, I’m just amazed at how many are chucking the towel in.

Some positive thinking from here on in might help. I am convinced and 100% confident that City will lose a game if not more. We might as well, but they will **** up somewhere along the line. They were absolute garbage yesterday and only won by one goal. Once a team gets at them they'll fold. Try and forget about this game now and enjoy the rest of this season because that's what it is, a fight, a battle to the end and we're right in the mix. YNWA lads.

I don't think we'll win the remainder of the games, but I'm fairly confident that City won't either. There is a hell of a lot of football to play. If we win the majority and don't lose - and they win... then they deserve it. As much as I hate to admit it, that would be the case. It's been a great season and will continue to be. We're still in the CL with a good chance of progressing and 1 point off the top with 9 to go. We'd have all taken this before a ball was kicked.

I don't understand the doom and gloom mentality. I feel if we win the next 3 and regain top spot we'll be heralded as the best ever again only to be slated with a draw. We need some players to step up and luckily the next few fixtures are the perfect ones for them to do so.

                        ****ing right Slinky.

All this moaning and ‘I knew this would happen’ chat is embarrassing.

The season this team has put together so far is incredible. OK - so we’ve drawn a few ****ing games recently and let City back in. But to suggest it’s over. To start reassessing ambition because it’s easier to prepare for failure is baffling to me.

I’m as frustrated as anyone - but we have a team full of quality that are giving us one of the best seasons we have ever had in terms of points gathered. Only one team has beaten us in the League all season.

****ing hell. God forbid we ever actually lose another game. Well need the Samaritans on standby on here.

Long way to go but we need to string a long run of wins together. Immediately.

We win our next 2 and City only play once means we go 2 clear with them having a game in hand. That game, is a midweek game v Utd.

I'm pleased to inform you there are in fact still another 27 points to play for over 9 games.
