I don't see any scenario where the League is cancelled though. It affects far too many clubs across Europe and the ramifications for next season are unworkable.
We will need to pick things up in the summer and then rework the calendar from that point.
That way all current agreements regarding all competitions stay in place and following seasons will be reworked to fit.
That is the logical solution.
(If this had happened last week, we'd have a much better chance of retaining the CL with Alisson likely to be fit by the time it all resumes.)Modifying post.Comment

9 games left to play this season, play it at what should be start of next year. Next season play everyone once, league splits into top half and bottom. Play everyone once again. 10 games less. Sorted.

We've run our players into the ground the last 3 years. We could have a pretty relaxed schedule for the next 5 months to recharge. Out of the cups and the league is just a matter of time. Nicely rested to defend our title.

Celtic "should be champions" if the Scottish Premiership season cannot be completed, says manager Neil Lennon.
SPFL chief executive Neil Doncaster confirmed on Friday said it was "neither realistic nor possible" to continue amid the coronavirus outbreak.
Lennon - whose side are 13 points clear at the top of the league - described the situation as a "nightmare" and backed the decision to halt the season.
No Celtic players have shown symptoms, but have been given a few days off.
Lennon stressed that the threat to people's health was more important than football matches being played.
Before the season was postponed, Celtic captain Scott Brown said the season should finish "as it is" if it had to end prematurely.
Celtic were on course for a ninth league title and chasing a fourth domestic treble in a row, having already won the League Cup and with a Scottish Cup semi-final against Aberdeen scheduled for 11 April.

Haha that’d be the craziest league ever- you’d have mid table teams like arsenal, looking to be about 11th/12th instead of 9th/10th at the point of switching, so they’d get a handier last 10 games, and then push for CL qualification...I don't tipComment
