I’d agree with that pretty much, tbh it’s the only logical way. No pro team should ever think something is won early.

And though City are hitting form and have won the last 6 they do have the odd rank performance in them as Man U exposed last month.

I don’t see us letting our standards slip, but agree, we are still a distance from the finish line so need to keep gathering wins and points. After the hurt of last season where a few draws cost us the hunger desire and hurt should see us across the line.

The other point is of course they've spent a ****ing billion quid, they should be able to cover an injury to Laporte. It's not our fault they've spent so badly on defensive players. Suck it up lads.
