Some chat that broadcasters will have to make games available free to air at home and remove licenses for games to be shown in bars.

I think they should scrap the European championships and have everybody finish their leagues in the summer when there can be crowds. International footy is dull anyway. I don't expect anybody to follow my advice.

This is the most obvious solution imo

The fact there is no host nation as well. Noones being building stadiums and expecting floods of people spending money given how spread out the tournament is .
