How about cancelling both cups next year to make space for league games, Play the last 9/10 games of this season from early August (assuming the Corona virus has gone flat by then) then start the new season at the end of September. Champions league could starts a few weeks later than normal. This years remaining Fa cup games could be accommodated with a mid season final.

I don't see how the two are compatible, you either finish the season and decide everything or void it and make next season a restart of this one. You can't do half and half and decide somethings and not others.
