I'm not sure if it's because he has such short legs but when he runs, it's like someone has sprayed super glue in his path.

But I don't recall him looking as slow pre-injury.

Was trying way too hard when he came on and I think it led to a couple of poor decisions. He is looking really mobile though, so hopefully he is completely over his injury and ready to fight for a spot.

1 Needs to develop his right foot so defenders need to worry more about which way he'll go/what he'll do.

2 He also needs to develop alternatives to the natural curl a left-footer puts on the ball.

3 On a few too many of those shots, he 'shuffled' before he shot. Needs to get it away more instantly.

Apart from that, doing OK.

Seems unlikely as Klopp plays him in midfield. Our midfielders dont get too many (especially from open play).

Maybe if Salah got injured he would see some time further forward.

Serious talent but 15 to 20 goals is optimistic to say the least. Ya gotta love the confidence though.

I like the cut of his jib... confidence at an early age is healthy. If he gets anywhere near that number, he'll be a leading contender for player of the season for us.

Seems to have struck up a good relationship with both Cavalho and Nunes, so long may his drive and work ethic continue.. looked on fire against RB... if he stays fit and injury-free this season, he could have a significant impact.

Like that sort of self confidence though. Something about the lad that makes me want to see him excel in a big way.

Yeah I think he’ll get more assists than goals personally but yeah you need big dreams to push yourself.
