    Fair point. If he can accelerate away then do something useful with the ball, it may not matter that he would lose a 100m race to my 80 year old mum.

    Physically, he is looking better this season. I felt he bulked up a little too much last season. Now he is looking more ripped

    I do like that when we play a 2-1 that he's available for the quick verticle pass to take the other teams midfield out of the game, and his control is good enough to trap it and turn. More of this please

    Yeap, agree with the above sentiments, just wondering as well, the start of last season when he got injured, klopp already knew what kinda player he would be (maybe we would have seen the same elliot earlier than the one we are seeing now if not for that injury)....

    he is very dynamic, works hard, technically gifted and very agile...
