Was it a video, so we have proof he was not just standing in that position? If it had been me, I doubt I'd be off the launghing gas yet.

Yeah he's obviously bored off his tits so he's just on social media all day.

He’s being far too nice about it
Pascal will be playing again in a couple of weeks, don’t worry about him, Harvey.

I thought it was a bad challenge, but it was nowhere near as cynical as some of those Burnley ones, so in that sense it's a bit of a shame they weren't the ones punished for their thuggery.

There's also an element of owning the tackle. If you go to ground clatter a player then you've got to own any injury that you may cause.

I agree it wasn't a horror tackle, it was a vole tackleOriginally posted by Pablo View PostI kind of agree and I do think he was trying to "leave one on him". Harvey had just burst passed him and you could see that pissed him off. It wasn't "a horror challenge" by any means but it was dangerous and overly aggressive and the results of that speak for themselves
Harvey had been giving him the runaround and he saw his chance level the score

He lunged in and won the ball fair enough, however, he intentionally clattered Harvey with his trailing leg

Also interesting that Harvey said the Leeds guy had nothing to apologise for, was an accident and wasn't a red.
I must admit I didn't think it was reckless or malicious. I think the natural reaction when one of your own teams players get hurt is to look for blame. It's a physical game and injuries will occur. Completely different to that cunt Pickford who took out Virgil. That was a cunts tackle.Last edited by Assassin; 15-09-21, 07:15 AM.

Actually, I agree to an extent.
It’s definitely better in terms of the amount of ‘play ons’ and hopefully stops the diving and play acting. But I will be interested to see what happens if there are a few bad injuries.
But for that one, you can’t tackle from behind so instant foul for me. But I can see the ‘other side’ and also yeah, it always seems different depending on which side of the decision you are on.
