There's half a second between it ricocheting off Silva's arm onto TAA's hand, not enough time for TAA to react, and players are apparently get more allowance in for stuff like this if there is a ricochet involved. Not a penalty.

If the ball hadn't ricocheted off Silva then I think it's a pen.

No doubt other fans will claim that it's a conspiracy, I expect Bluemoon are pissed about it...
