Hendo with Lallana ahead of him was always going to be an issue. I VVD is out, I would put Milly at CB (at least he can head a ball and is has a turn of speed) and have Hendo sitting as DM

Not ganging up on your Fredo but surely this is a positive for us? They play a high line which better suits us than the usual deep line defending associated with South American teams. We are the European Champions after all.

He said they like to play a highline and press and like to keep going forward (sounds familiar)

Milner will be a bit doubt given he looked like he asked to be subbed. Might just have been a knock though. If not the last option wouldn't be a bad one.
