Or a panic attack that after 3 months of not playing football with the league all but won the intensity isn't quite as strong as it was for the previous 7 months of the season.

I think that the reliance on Mane and Salah for goals is becoming a bit of a problem, there are games when you know fairly early on that one of them isn't going to score Salah had one yesterday. Bobby's goalscoring for seems to have deserted him. Last year Origi came in and had a knack of scoring big goals, we haven't had that this year.

The freescoring side that we had in the previous 2 seasons has been modified or better understood by the opposition and we can't do that anymore, we have won alot of games by 1 goal this year, and while that is efficient, it hasn't reflected our dominance in games. Last night was an example of how defensive mistakes can turn those games around. The front three are fantastic but for me having options there has to improve us.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Hope there was alcohol involved in some of those posts last night. Group of young men realise their dreams and relax after 3 years of unbroken professionalism, focus and intense physical exertion. This was inevitable

“In the end, why are we in the situation we are? Because we are a very good football team and we usually work on a concentration level that is nearly unhuman. Today we made some human errors, which is not so nice but not completely surprising that it can happen whenever. Tonight it happened.”
            Are we winning?

Not just their dreams but the dreams of an entire city (bar a few Bitters) and a world wide fan base coupled with the weight of the clubs history bearing down on them.

Lets be under no illusion just how much pressure these boys have been under.

92 years since a team was as prolific as us.

The Reds have scored at least twice in each of the last 16 matches in all games, the first English team to achieve that feat since Wolves in 1939.

Should they do so again in this game they would become the first top-flight team to reach the landmark of 17 in a row since Sunderland in 1927.
