i think Derby are sending their a mixture of their U23 and U19 team to their FA Cup tie with Chorley because of something similar......

So would possibly expect something similar here??

Depends on the competition and round. Earlier League Cup ties are forfeited. R5 onward is discretionary

Hate to say I agree with Mourinho, but I think he is right. If a team has 3 games cancelled and is in Europe the the season will struggle to complete unless they move the Euros. All of the plans being made seem mental given the state of the pandemic right now. If Villa cant play Spurs next week Spurs will have 3 games in hand. And no available time to play them all.

A cancellation seems inevitable. It seems unethical to be playing football when a Medical state of emergency has been declared in London.

The outbreak is at its worst, and it's moving very quickly. It seems insane that they are still playing at all right now and for what? There is nothing essential about "elite sport". What's it going to take for them to shut down the Premier League this time, one of the managers catching COVID and dying? It's unreal.
