Good point that - might work out well going out of Europe early.

Back to back titles (fingers crossed) would be far more significant for us than the title just this season coupled with a longer CL run.
    Hello mert.

Haha I have to say I am gutted to not still be in Europe, but hopefully might be a silver lining!

I can see us being fired up to win it again next year, and with city playing CL in August and the others competing in a race for top 4, I can see them all running out of juice around feb next year [emoji123][emoji123]
I think that Jones will be the main one to benefit from 5 subs, I would be surprised if we don't give him a decent amount of time from the bench in the remainder of the season.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I don't care about a record points total, another title is far more favourable!

This might just be the shock that finishes him off.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

Yeah, but it’s not like it has to be one or the other.

Another title will have to wait for another season. A record points total is achievable now. I’d love us to beat City’s record.

This is one of the best English League sides ever, let’s make it official!

Defo got to go for the points record, the only game it's acceptable to drop points in is letting Arsenal beat us if there's a chance we can screw Utd out of a CL place. But that's probably unlikely as Arsenal are ****ing ****.

And winning 19/19 at home. Don't think any team has won all home games, certianly not in a season as long as this. Maybe back in the 19th century with 12 team teams or whatever it was then

I'd love us to break records but if all we manage this season is winning number 19 now, that'll still do very nicely!

                            That's true also.

After 12 weeks the waiting, I don't see too much of giving the kids a game or rotation. The first team won't want rested.

We've 5 subs now and 9 on the bench. Time for everyone to be involved.

Going for the record will be motivation once we've got the six points and the title. We already know this team want to be remembered. Look at City a few years ago, they didn't mention it in the media but the team went nuts when they broke 100 points.

Breaking the record would be a massive e statement.

What's an acceptable or realistic expectation for next season? Has to be to prioritise another league title for me. 2 in a row creates a legacy. Anything less would be a dissapointment, although another 2and and a CL would soften the blow.

Given that we didn't move to sign Werner I'm assuming no-one major is leaving in the Summer. If we keep the gang together and maybe bring in 1/2 new signings we'll have a good chance of winning the league again, though I doubt we'll ever win it this easy again!
