Standing foot looks on the line at the very least in the clip above.
    Second contact, ie left leg.

Utd have had a number of dodgy pens, the answer is not to start giving equally dodgy ones to others, but to stop giving them the decisions

Aside from the penalty, I thought Alison was given no protection by the ref for consistent fouling on him in the box.
      Are we winning?

I’m seeing contact on Robbo’s right leg, after the 1st one in that clip.

Either way the defender cleans him out, makes contact to impede him more than once and doesn’t clear the ball even if there is slight contact with it initially.

There’s no controversy if a penalty is awarded there. Unless that’s just a really misleading angle?

          Defender's left leg.

Sliding tackle, gets the ball and concedes a penalty; roles reversed and there would be uproar here if it's given against us, and rightly so.

He was unable to get cleanly to any of them and knew that in advance I think because he positioned himself to punch it every time

Klopp was having a go at the officials about it. Lazy refereeing.

Robbo’s standing leg is in the box though?

Defender clips the ball, doesn’t actually take it away from the attackers path and then makes further contact to bring him down.

Might well be uproar on here if same we’re given against us.
That wouldn’t make us right though.

Andy is in the box there and fouled. Its a pen.

Both legs are involved in the foul, I'm not sure what your point is.

There's a long-held view that if you touch the ball you can't then foul the player but you can.

I'm not arsed about the result but that ref was absolutely ****e.

Did defender not touch ball first? I didn't see it clearly as at father in laws.

First contact from the defender's right leg was a successful tackle. Second contact with the defender's left leg was outside the box. Arguably, the second contact was natural movement from the successful tackle, but even if it wasn't, it can't be a penalty.

Klopp mentioned in the interviews that we have conceded the fewest fouls of all teams in the top 5 leagues in Europe. Just checked and it would seem to be true.

I think Kenneth runs VAR unfortunately.

Feck it, win two and draw one of the last three and we got treble figures. Still awesome. Win all three and we've broken the most memorable of records. Nobody remembers home victories record.
