Certain injuries that I’ve seen over the last few months, it isn’t nice. Especially Joe Gomez, the way that happened, was hard for me to take, really, in the manner it did.

I thought Gomez was on his own when he got injured?

That's surely what he means - that it was innocuous, incredibly unlucky and Gomez was screaming in pain. I can't believe that Henderson, Klopp or Gomez would stay quiet if Sterling had nobbled him.
