Fair points. However that applies to nearly everybody else and everybody else is still in this cup too. Our main challengers in the league are also stupidly still in the Carabao for at least another game.

If we get past Villa and get a favourable draw in the next round we may be able to manage. But we have to be more clever about team selection than we were at Midgetland.

I know the main prize is the league but I'm secretly hoping we've built an insurmountable lead by the time we dispose of Utd in January. Then it's just the CL and FA. A treble is just so tempting.
