That’s fair I reckon. You have to give the shirt to the guy playing well and in possession. Robbo has definitely been distracted by getting Scotland to the WC and his performances have been unreal for the national team. So having a few months to focus on winning his place back should bring out the best in him.

Robertson is a class player, but his form has dipped recently, probably due to having played so many games over the last few years, it makes sense for everyone to give Tsimikas a run of games.
