Surely it's a 4231 with Bobby at the tip of a midfield three ish. He'll have to drop right in and work his absolute bollocks off but I'm just not convinced at all.

Remember when we used to batter them? The last few games where he's gone Milner-Gini-Hendo we've looked pretty blunt and overly-reliant on the front three doing something brilliant. I like this approach. Imagine being a City player looking at that team - if they are stupid enough to fancy themselves against us then that's exactly what we want

It's a certainly an attacking side with the front 4. I don't mind that my main concern is that Matip can come in and be up to speed.

Not convinced by this at all. I was nervous about the game beforehand but now have a really bad feeling. This change in shape/emphasis will be more helpful for them than us (unless we blitz them and I don’t see that happening). Hope I’m wrong but from the outside it looks like we bottled the Firmino/Jota decision.

Bottled? There were 3 options and he went for the most exciting one. Regardless of outcome, hardly fair to say he bottled anything.

It wasn't isolated, we were in Palm Springs which is heavily populated.
