I get what Klopp was trying to achieve and in theory it was the right idea. The issue is I think Thiago doesn’t have any rhythm and the changes have disrupted our fluidity. Thiago is a bit lost and Ox has been a complete passenger because we’re not having control in midfield and building any sustained pressure. Ball has been rushed early too many times. Southampton are a very good side and we need to up our game a couple of notches to win this.

Painfully bad (again), we look so blunt but the service is equally poor.

Trent has been awful, I know he's had that injury but nothing he's doing is even at an average level right now.

We need to sort our **** out in the 2nd half, when we're bad we do just lump it and hope a lot, it can't be the plan. Surely?

We have been grim in fairness - it’s like we are trying to be worse week on week. I know the defence is cobbled together but we have done senior players woefully out of form and no real options to replace them for a while

He's played Nat and Rhys already, why take one of our driving midfielders and put him in a position he's not familiar with, next to another makeshift centre back and a struggling young right back? I mean, what could possibly go wrong.

Hendo's default is to make the safe pass and we're not finding it easy to get out of our own half quickly because he's ponderous. He has nothing that warrants him being stuck there instead of Williams. Thiago is one challenge from being sent off, I'd take him off quickly, stick Hendo in midfield and bring on one of the centre backs

Thats a fairly simple change that should be obvious.....we've seen situations where Klopp is persisting with a setup leaving subs too late for any impact etc.
I'd be extremely disappointed not to see some movement in the HT talk
