We've destroyed them in 2nd half. If we are firing on another one day this is double figures, much better 2nd half but there is clearly something not functioning with us at the moment.

We’ve been practically consistently great for 2 and half years, it’s not abnormal we’re not flying. Look at City, took them a few months and now they’re getting back to their best.

We just need to relax a bit.

Weird isn't it how we see games; i thought he was bloody awful today, he lacks imagination going forward. That said we are spoilt with TAA & Robbo to be fair.

A few games with Thiago in the team and we’ll soon we back to close to our best. Second half is the way we should be playing, short passes with plenty of movement in between their lines and around their penalty area. Patience is the key and obviously confidence and also helps that someone like Thiago is pulling the strings and seeing runs like he is. First half Taki found a few great positions but no one saw the pass. Football is easy, we make it complicated sometimes.

One thing we have to work out is how we attack the box. Too many hit and hope crosses or snatched shots because there is nothing else on. We need to start working these defences effectively.

Serious? I agree about Millie & Tiago but Neco really impressed me & did a great job both defensively when needed but also getting balls into the box. Rhys on the other hand fills me with dread due to his lack of pace.

Shaqiri has to start v United imo. We've become too predictable, too slow in our tempo and obsessed with slinging crosses in. We're at our best playing quick passes in and around the opponents box. We'll have loads of ball v United and they'll try and follow the West Brom template, with much better quality on the break. So let's give them something different to think about and try and be more creative through the middle with Thiago and Shaq, instead of relying on Trent and Robbo who will have to be very watchful of Rashford in the channels on the counter.

Yeah I don't think he will but I really hope he does. Hendo (or Gini), Thiago and Shaq massively ramps up the unpredictability and creativity, and given we'll have a lot of the ball I think it'd be ideal. We're likely to go into the game 2nd in the table ffs, 3 points behind those cunts, so that should be a rocket up our arses. That plus a long overdue shake up in the XI would give me a lot more confidence than I'd been banking on.
