Probably the last time the FA Cup really meant something...to me anyway. 2006 was incredible but it was how it was won and the circumstances that were incredible....by then the competition, in my eyes, felt devalued.Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’Comment

Yeah, it was a big deal back in 2001.
Pretty soon after teams started playing the stiffs in the early rounds, and now, pretty much every team swerves putting a strong team out until the 1/4's at earliest.
I got absolutely smashed that day, I remember that much and it was a touch watch until the last 10 mins

My mate is a Glentoran fan here in Belfast as well as a Red. That year they also done the treble of cups. He went to all 6 finals and won the lot. That will never be repeated.

I remember the day well as it was my birthday, got absolutely smashed before the match started at the pub. Remember very little of the game, missed the end of the match and woke up face down on a pavement down my street. Someone nearly run over my ankles apparently. Great game.

We ended up in a bit of a scrap later that evening, that became known as 'The Pea Incident'.
