it's interesting to do the same for our opponents. we ain't the only ones to get it wrong about transfers. fro me it's cisse - expected so much but was truly incapable of delivering. still kinda like him though.

Heskey's ruled out. We won 3 trophies with him.

Same with Cisse. Yes he was ****. But he was still involved in our European cup win.

That leaves Diouf. Paid £10m for him, he did **** all on the pitch, tarnished the clubs image with his gobbing at players and fans and then we made a huge loss on him. Cu/nt of the first order.

Totally unfair to have Pennant near such a list. I've been as disappointed as anyone with how he's played so far, but all the others had at least 2 seasons to do something at the club. And we will always be able to get around his proper value (£2-3m) back for him from the likes of ManCity or Fulham imo.

Of the others it has to be Diouf - how anyone ever thought he could be even remotely worth £10m is completely beyond me.
