    Atletico Madrid at home

Win this and we can play ressies in the last 2 champions league games...... although I remember thinking something similar last year but was surprised when Jurgen took a team full of first-teamers to Mjidiland-whatever-they-are-called in the final group game last year only to lose to fulham a few days later

Wonder will Robbo be rested? And will Fab and Tag come back into midfield?? I think it would be risky to play them both from the start but having said that, it might be riskier to play Jones and Oxlade from the start.

    For me:

    ---------------------------Becker----------------------------

    Trent-------Matip--------------------Virgil---------Tsimikas

    -------------------------Fabinho-----------------------------

    ----------Henderson------------------Thiago----------------

    Salah-------------------Jota------------------------Mane

I want to see Fab and Thiago and get them into some sort of rhythm for a bigger game at the weekend.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Each group stage win is worth about £2.5m

Ressies in the CL is never going to happen, even if we're qualified.

Seeing as the last game just before lockdown is reported to have been responsible for 37 Covid related deaths, that’s probably good all round.

Yup, I'd be keen to see Robbo get a rest and maybe look to play either Gomez or Matip next to VVD at the back.

I'd love to see Thiago and Fab start in midfield as well but Atletico are absolute dogs and I'd rather not see them both out for the West Ham game this weekend which is going to be tough.

Konate continues to need more game time practice. These tough games are just what he needs against wily Trossard like players. I'd continue with him and give Gomez his chance. Bring on Timi for 20 minutes at the end too.

                  Alisson
                  Trent Konate Gomez Robbo
                  Ox Fab Jones
                  Salah Firmino Jota
                  One tit for another.

If Fabinho and Thiago don't start, we'll struggle to get something from this one.

A draw here isn’t the end of the world but we have shown we can beat them. I expect we’ll beat Porto which means Milan away is a dead rubber

Would love to win tomorrow and do our bit to cause Atletico to miss out on the group stages.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Absolutely - they are a big challenger for this…..any chance to knock them out is great

I'm going to Porto, I sincerely hope so!
