I'm sure Klopp has mentioned that physically the next step for Morton is to develop "into a man" - bulk up, get faster and stronger.

Reading of the game and passing seem to come naturally to him so he's got a half decent chance of becoming a PL level footballer.

He could do this by the start of next season I think with the right diet and training plan.....

I think he is going to be a brilliant player.

Would be great if Elliot could come back and find some form as well.

Klopp is "on board" with the need for some beef
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Anyone know how he's playing at the moment?

Must be a head **** to be playing in massive CL games and being in and around the squad to then drop back down a level.

                      Page 21

Been a while since we’ve seen him but to play the holding role in the 1st half & RB in the 2nd half is pretty impressive. Especially as it wasn’t due to injuries, it was Slots plan apparently.

I'm still not seeing anything in him. He'll be lucky to stay in the prem when we end up selling him.

I thought he did pretty well last night, maybe I was watching a different game?

He made a clearance off the line when Southampton could have equalised. He managed to get up and down the right flank when he was moved to RB at half time and that was with an inconsistent Freddy in front of him.
We are here for a good time not a long time....

Exactly A bit piece side around him, players out of position etc was never going to be a settled side to come into. All in all I think he did pretty well.

I thought he was decent enough in midfield considering there was another youngster in there along side him, be interesting to see how he does with a couple of regulars alongside him.

Second half I thought he did ok but it was fairly clear that he isn't a defender, the way he went for a few high balls was well interesting...
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
