Great first half. I don’t know what some of you are expecting but we aren’t going to dominate away against Inter in the San Siro. Inter top of Serie A with a great home record. I reckon we’ve just about edged that, Salah and Mane understandably look a bit out of our rhythm.

We need to be a bit more clinical but Inters last ditch blocking and tackling had been impressive.

Good game but we’ve not been great in midfield bar Fab. Elliot is a bit off with his passing, while Thiago hasn’t really been involved. We’ve rushed it and lost the ball so many times. Credit to Milan for closing us down quickly, but a bit more composure would go a long way to ensure we win this.

We’re doing well at nullifying them, but with the ball we’ve been panicky and sloppy. Thiago started badly and has levelled out to ok since, Elliott is playing very conservatively and not having an impact with the ball, and Robbo is playing very poorly. But the CBs have been good, and Fab has been excellent. Front three not getting into it and we’re missing the false nine role.

Away leg though. Would take this at FT with away goals no longer a thing.
