The restrictions are metals railings at the front of each tier. I don't think it will be a problem as everyone will likely be standing. Although they are fixed seats, not the flip up ones which might make the space in front of the seat a bit tight.

It is ****, but let's be honest, the "view from your seat" will be whatever you want it to be once you're inside the stadium - people will just stand wherever they see fit. The restricted view to worry about is if a really tall git comes and stands in front of you just before kick-off.
