Kelleher did the same thing in the League Cup final. After every penalty he rolled or gave the ball straight to our next taker to stop Kepa getting a chance to interfere.

And apparently something instilled in to players is not to take it when the ref blows his whistle but when they're readyOriginally posted by BootRoom View PostWatching the shootout again, every time one of our players stepped up to take a pen Ali handed him the ball; they must have adopted this protocol to stop the opposing keeper ****ing about à la Kepa in the League Cup final.

Fairly sure we have some cold hard analysts who pick the pens rather than who fancies itOriginally posted by BobTheCharmer View PostSurprised hendo didn't step forward. But hey ho, thought he was very good today.
Probably his best game against a top side this season.

**** off the last 2 league games now - it’s all about Paris and getting everyone fitOriginally posted by danperkins View Post
it was a hard fought win, bit worried about the injuries but my god like, what can you expect playing so many high intensity games. It's crazy really, some of our lads were literally out on their feet, the sheer physical and mentality exhaustion of it. I might need a nap myself ffs
