And as the weekend is almost done, I’d like to raise a glass to the anthem booers

A big shout out to the mef on the PA at Wembley who cranked the volume in the stadium to try and drown it out, but only made it worse.

              Classic footage.

Can't help but notice - unless I've missed him - Ox is nowhere to be seen in the celebrations. Minamino didn't make the bench and he's in amongst it.

Feel a bit for Ox. He hasn't kicked a ball since being hooked on 65 at Forest and when he came off you could see him saying "****s sake, I've hardly played", and he isn't making any benches. Sad way for it to end really.

There were pictues of Chamberlain up last night with the cup, smiling and laughing so he was somewhere in the mix.

One of my favourite bits on Saturday was the way Gomez and Kelleher legged it to the players that were on the pitch with massive smiles on their faces, and were clapping people on the back and cheering like fans.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Yeah Ox was pictured in and around the celebrations, saw a pic with him, Hendo, Robbo, Milner and Trent on the plane with the cup. It must be really hard for him.

I think Klopp 100% gets buy in that they approach this as a collective. That everyone contributes. Taki scored the goals to get us to the final, so did Divock. Adrian trains keep pressure on the other keepers. They all seem completely unified. That is why when the understudy LB is called upon to deliver a decisive penalty - he delivers.

Klopp is a motivational genius and is 100% re-writing the book on squad dynamics.

Ah ok. He's definitely not in the team one on the pitch though - I think he must've opted out of some of the bigger celebrations.

I reckon he has a move all sorted out. He seems to have slipped out of the reckoning completely. Ironically at a time when the squad is stretched to the limit - particularly in midfield. Didn't expect Milner to be the go to option in these big games (but Milner does seem to deliver!)

Definitely a case of what might have been for Ox. Was in top form before injury. Managed to remind us once or twice since, but the entire structure of the team has evolved away from him.

                            Newcastle or Southampton bound imo.

I thought I saw him around the bench area with the players and coaching staff etc even though he wasn't named as a sub. You would have to assume that he's on his way in the summer, but I do wonder if he could be involved on Tuesday given the issues with midfield.

It just never really worked out for him he was great up until he got the injury but has never looked close to rediscovering that form since and the squad has evolved since.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

he was sulking on the back row during the game and celebrated with injured Virg than running to get involved with the group

his body language has been ****e for months, I can't see him playing again for us unless its sentimental
