Thought he was the worst player on the pitch for us to be honest. Nice baller no doubts and has ability but so slow on the ball and kills any momentum and attack we have going... so frustrating tonight and this season when he's played. Regressed for me, maybe some coaching can work that out of him.

If it was Villa Park on the last home game of the season I'd say maybe but at the Etihad not a chance.

He has been much better second half. Frustrating at times first half for sure, but that’s his game and he needs to keep his best attributes but learn when to hold and when to release. Will come with time as talent is there.

Same for Harvey Elliot. Another outstanding talent who had a great game today. Patience is key with these young players.

Goal difference has been gone since the last game. Only likely is if they lose and we draw. It’s quite irrelevant now.

Football and sport in general loves a great narrative…… Gerrard, Phil, Ings, Gary Mc…… they can get a draw I’ve no doubt. All the pressure on City - I expect them to win but it’s not done

I actually still think he’s playing within himself a little bit. I’m encouraged by the fact he’s a bit of a wildcard playing in a hard working team. Think there’s much more to come.
