I’m worried about this - we’ve not been great in front of goal and we have to get ahead and put the pressure on them. We need our back 6 (inc Fab) to be really on it and set the platform for the game.

Team selection will be interesting as I think Elliot should play and Naby if fit - he destroyed them last season. Salah needs to be more clinical and Trent needs a kick up the arse to focus him. They still have guys who can hurt us in the break - Sancho, Ronaldo etc

If they beat us they’d be ahead of us and we were pissing ourselves at them. Game faces on and the season starts tonight

Yep, got a horrible feeling Klopp's going to run with Dad's Army in midfield and we'll be slow as ****.

Would love to see Keita, Elliott and Fab in midfield and just go at them. They're there to be broken, be ****ing ruthless.

I doubt it will be Elliott and Keita, one or the other (I think it will be Elliott, he's earnt the start), alongside Fab and Hendo. Assuming Gomez is fit, the back 4 picks itself and because of Nunez, the front 3 is fixed too.

I doubt it will be Hendo and Elliott because that would mean one of them playing LCM. If Hendo starts it’ll be at RCM with either Milner or Naby as LCM.

Id like to see Elliott as the false nine

If the protest is bad and the match is suspended then utd will get docked points along with other sanctions.

That would be typical FA....dock United points, but instead of awarding us the win, reschedule it for another time.

To be fair, from the perspective of the sporting integrity of the league, that is probably the correct outcome. There would be a relatively small negative impact to us of having to squeeze the game in at another time, but awarding a team a win without earning it on the pitch would be worse.

Company that has a table in corporate saying they (corporate team) are not anticipating anything more than a 'peaceful protest' tonight

We'll lose 10-0 if "Hendo" isn't there to 'control the game' and 'impose his personality' on proceedings.
