There’s no qualifiers, it’s just dependent on how English clubs perform in Europe nest season.

Let’s say English clubs dominate in Europe next season. Then whoever finishes 5th in the PL will get Champions League in 2024/25.

Doubt they’d allow 6 teams from 1 country in.

Could you get 7 teams? Top 5 + EL winners (who finish outside of top 5) + CL winners (who finish outside of top 5)

Previously I’m pretty sure cup winners were just reallocated the spaces from the league positions.

The maximum is 5 and apparently that’s not changing with the new format.
