I've noticed a lot of occasions where players get the big contract and they seem to drop off for a few months afterwards. When Sterling got his first big contract with us he was **** for 6 months after. I reckon they relax inside, lose a bit of edge.

That was a cracking match for me. Newcastle were ****-housing their way to a draw, but got what they deserved. Will we play better? Of course but that was a hard fought win. Great to see us playing hard right until the end.

And credit to the ref for adding time after Pope went down in injury time.
