I think I will be fitter and healthier than ever if everything gets canned for 10 days and there is **** all on TV other than anecdotes about how the Queen wore a blue hat in 1975 when she was expected to wear a green one. Just go out for loads of walks to escape it all

There will be pressure to cancel. Hundreds of thousands of people all across the country shouting and smiling and not caring will bust the impression of how much the royal family is cared about

Yeah it is hard to imagine a minute's silence at Anfield for the Queen being well observed

Truly bizarre. The monarchy in 2022 in a country like Britain is strange enough and to cancel sport because an old lady has passed away is so strange, no matter how respected or not respected she is/was to people.

More people likely to be gutted about this.

                  I don’t get it.

No games on the day of funeral sure… but other than that should be fine.

The fixture congestion is going to be ridiculous.

9 games in October already so **** knows where we fit this in.

                      Shorter or cancelled international break?!

They’ll surely postpone fixtures the weekend of the funeral too.
A lot of pile up in an already chaotic schedule.

Postponed. Ridiculous to be honest but at the same time understandable.

They postponed Liverpool v Newcastle (think that was the game) when Di died.

Wow, didn't expect this, what about TV rights and such? I just paid a whole month in September to watch a single ****ing league game with Liverpool.

Not the worst thing in the world for Klopp and the team.
