It would be nice if our midfield could put in a tackle or two. Maybe an interception thrown in.

yeah they do **** all. Don't get on the ball to get it to the front lads and offer zero protection for the backline. Slow as **** too, lumbering aroubdm

If we keep creating little and hitting it long to him then he’ll keep struggling. I know we expect more from him but he didn’t sign up for this. How disappointed must he be to sign for a CL finalist and end up being part of this BS.

Yeah I suppose you have to take into context that delivery and service to him is poison. Shockingly enough though Bobby is clinical this season even his he's not playing great either he's still scoring goals.

Re Darwin - where is the service to him? He needs decent balls and he’s had nothing.

Yeah makes the runs just nobody is playing him in.

City are going to absolutely thump us - I think they could score 5 or 6

We bought a proper 9 who if given service will score plenty. But where are the crosses or slide passes into him? He can’t create goals for himself so either play lads who will support him and play to his strengths or play someone else.

All true, no service from wide areas and nothing from midfield.

Dreading it, we just look so bang average.

Why do we not close down players outside our box properly? It seems that the players just take up positions and we just let the crosses come and hope to deal with them. Our players seem to have no great space on the wings.
