True. And it’s not like we were on top when they were made, we’d been second best since half time.

All over them first half. Looked leggy second.

Big difference once Nunez and Thiago went off also, we stopped creating.

True. And whoever wrote Rice off first half must have jinxed it, he was the best player on the pitch second half. Played like Hendo before his legs went. We need a version of that. Not him at 100m though.

          Three wins in a week

Something to build on. Squad looks stretched, imagine the difference Diaz and Jota would make tonight. Need to get to the ‘break’.

Terrible second half performance but it’s three points. Trent and Henderson way off the pace again. To be fair fabinho was equally as bad. We need to sort that midfield out in the January window. The decision to take Darwin off also took away most of our attacking threat.

Not having that. Hendo played well.

Three points. Thiago MOTM, Nunez was great. Fabinho was our worst player, maybe the worst on the pitch.

Guilty as charged, Your Honour. But definitely not worth the much-vaunted sky-high valuations. Playing against a concrete-boot laden Fab certainly helped him out, though.

I would have taken off Bobby ahead of Nunez. Not because he was particularly bad, but thought nunez was causing a lot of problems, very energetic and was helping out in defense too. His pace would have been useful to try catch them on the break as they chase the game. Also he only played 20 min at the weekend, so surely would be the freshest of the attackers.

Also felt like we were playing with 10 men, having Jones on the pitch. Apart from missing that chance from the corner, can’t remember him touching the ball at all.
                            I don't tip

Not sure the 55min subs worked, think that put us on the back foot
