At his age, he should hit his peak in terms of fitness when he's mid 20's. You look at the mens' 100m sprint, there are very few teens in there, if any. They are all young adults, early to mid 20s.

So yeah, he should be getting faster and faster, unless my logic is off?

But then most fast teenagers in football burn out before they get to their late 20s

Wow. Any teenager running 100m in under 10s would be wasted in football. He's not doing that though, presumably. He doesn't have the build for it. And I doubt that any of them do - that's olympic speed!

I think there's a decent chance he goes despite the injuries and the inexperience.

Scotland are seriously lacking attacking talent.

If Ryan Frazer wasn't such a fanny he'd have been in the squad in place of Doak

They have had a few injuries too to be fair - i think the guy Aaron Hickey is a good player and will be a big loss for them.

Doak is obviously a big talent and it will be interesting to see if LFC think he can be the long term successor to Mo Salah. I am not 100% sure about that but you never know. He has been compared to Rooney......but might end up more Harry Wilson level. You never know though.
