Not a dig at Scotland, it’s the same with many of the smaller nations.
    His Theo Walcott moment.

Have to agree, I did not see it coming at all. But given the expanded squad sizes, and lack of alternatives, it makes sense. Whether he plays or not I am not sure, but must be exciting for him to be involved.

He can come on for the final 15 mins of the final when we're 5 up against France

If he’s fit which I doubt he is then I can see why they would have picked him.

His raw ability is really something special, I think he has the highest ceiling of all the current youngsters to have made their senior debut.

Can dribble past defenders in such tight spaces and create space for others.

I think if he didn’t get injured he would have played quite a few senior games last season, most likely off the bench.

If he can get the right game time and add the output to his dribbling and pace, he could one day be world class.

I’m not one to watch youth team games, but I’ve seen none of that. Would be cool if you’re right.

There’s a bit of the Milan Baros head down running about him but hopefully they can coach that out of him.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

I don’t usually watch them myself but I saw a handful of the champions league youth games during one of the covid years and he was best on the pitch by a mile. They played Napoli home and away and I think Madrid.

Only youth football but I suppose in theory that should be the highest level of youth football

I thought he only joined us in 2022? Because wasn't there something about him needing to take a place in the senior squad for Europe if he was to play, as to be in the youth squad in Europe you have to have been eligible to play for the club for minimum of 2 years and he didn't have that
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Doesn't leave us with much to choose from. It's a miracle we've got more than one sport on the go, let alone a professional league structure with more than 10 teams.

It might just be the way he seems to have his head down but then raises his eyes but it reminds me of MB

Yea he did join in 2022 which for the first half had life still affected by covid rules.

He played 8 games in the European youth comp that year https://www.transfermarkt.com/ben-do...s=&trainer_id=
