Agree with all of this. Never expected us to turn up and win today, but at least those out there showed a bit of fight. Injuries to Henderson, fab and Trent, yeah **** right off, Klopp just sparing their blushes. They know why they have been benched.

Imo it was more so because Elliot was there instead and is utterly lost in that position. Keita had a stinker but I did think Elliot would and should have been subbed instead of Keita

Small steps towards progress. Another clean sheet. Defence looked ok (probably helped that TAA was not in it). Midfield wasn't atrocious, just average, which is a big step. Nunez still looking fast as a leopard and being the main (only) xG/xA guy.

Virgil isn't the solution, his laid back casual attitude to defending these days is part of the problem. Him and Trent need to sort their heads out. Both great players just need to switch on.

So would you, on the basis of current form, stick with a Gomez/Konate pairing even when Virgil is fit? And even if that means the right back needs to be either Millie or Ramsey?
