There is no turning this around this season. Whatever is wrong is still wrong. The team are not giving their all, not even close. I don't buy 'burn out' as an excuse, they just can't be arsed. Salah is ****ing woeful. So many fluffed chances today. Nunez caused some problems but shoots at the keeper. Matip looked like he was making his professional debut in front of a sellout crowd.

Surely if a new owner is close he just decides to ride it out. He would want to have the funds to rebuild. I think what he does would be a big signal either way.

Two players probably get a pass that’s the young lad in midfield, poor ****er having to try and play there for us at the moment and Alison just based on what he’s done for us this season.

The rest are all lumped in together

They are not providing more than Elliott or Carvalho would have with a functioning midfield in behind
