    We seem to have a lot of tall lads that don't head a ball very well at goal.

          Yeah Grav & Dom have really hit the ground running. Macca is playing catch up after his injury at the end of last season & no real PS.

                              �� Liverpool FC are planning to extend Dominik Szoboszlai's contract and are readying a deal that will run until 2030 or 2031.

                              Szoboszlai has been sensational this season and the club want to reward his form with a contract fitting to his stature within the squad.

                                Is he in the leadership group? Not that not being in there rules him out as it's probably a couple of years away.

                                Last I remember was that we had a leadership group of 6 one of whom left last summer leaving VVD, Robbo, Salah, Alisson and MacAllister. Presumably a 6th person has taken the spot based on stuff I think VVD said I assumed it was Gomez but haven't seen anything 'official' like we have sometimes seen previously.

                                Given the ages and/or contract lengths of many of those players you would expect the leadership group to change significantly over the next couple of years, only really MacAllister (or possibly Alisson as GKs play longer) who would likely long term successors.
                                The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
