I only saw the highlights so thanks for that.

Gordon in the later game, two awful tackles, both higher & more dangerous, got a single yellow.... **** all consistency

It really is, you can take any single incident and compare it with decisions other clubs get, but when you compare huge numbers and you see those kind of discrepancies it is hard to disagree that our games are refereed in different ways to other sides.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Another Newcastle player was booked for a similar foul as well. I feel we could show a number of similar incidents from this weekend alone. Clearly it should be overturned on appeal, but I am not sure it will be.

Joke decision but then our pen was very soft.

That shouldn’t stop us trying. Don’s pen was soft and Mo got lucky with the rebound, but being a man down for no reason in no way makes up for playing with 10 for 38 mins. The tactical change required to play with 10 and the options available meant blooding a new signing who had 5 mins training time with the squad.

If they uphold the decision Klopp should hand out signed copies of the Tomkins research at his next presser.

It has been said before on here that a 50 mile radius rule should apply to Refs for any PL games.
We are here for a good time not a long time....

Why was our pen soft? He was tripped in the box, and altho the fall was overly dramatic, it was a foul. If he tries to stay on his feet, the ref will pussy out and let play go on.

If it was given at the other end, I'd be blaming our defender for leaving his leg out, not cursing the oppo player for flopping.

Yeah I’ve got no issues with the Pen either. Soft yes but it’s a Pen

it was a genuinely stupid foul on Szob. Certainly dramatic but a stonewall pen

It was soft in the sense that the punishment was disproportionate to the offence, which was a slow motion lazy trip right in the corner of the box. But it certainly wasn’t soft in that it was a borderline decision that was given.

I sit a few rows in front of the Liverpool bench. Klopp has shouted at the Kop the last. 2 seasons to stop singing it during the game. It really seems to piss him off during the match.

Love Klopp. But he needs to get over it.
