When he knocked Caicedo over towards the end, he gave him a nasty stamp which is where Endo got hurt. He should’ve had 3 yellows and a red in that game - kicking people all day and allowed to!

Caicedos technique in the tackle is absolutely shocking. He knows what he is doing as well, just going in and kicking ankles, never going for the ball, always a bit late. We didnt even get a free kick for the one on Gravenberch for **** sake.

If that happens in the box then its not even a pen I guess.

The interpretation of some pretty straight forward rules is ****ing staggering.

I'm glad we didn't get Caicedo he's not an LFC player

In terms of the fouls this is where VAR lets us down, those types of tackles VAR can only look at an intervene if they feel that they are a red card, the one on Gravenberch was reviewed and determined not to be a red (looks similar to the Jones one earlier in the season, but inconsistency...) but was definately a yellow, but VAR can't tell the ref to give a yellow. Caicedo had a few more of those types of challenges which if he had been booked for the first he probably wouldn't do.

I think if the challenge on Gravenberch was in the box VAR have to review and give a pen

This was actually another shocking tackle by Caicedo - stamped on Endo when the ball was no where near. Referee couldn’t have had a clearer view but still gives nothing
