Looks fine when there's no pressure in the game. He'll **** himself under pressure against Arsenal though unfortunately. Their midfield is going to press him hard.

He will be fine. With Jones playing he will be less exposed and might be a useful tool when breaking down Arsenal.

Just a shame he's heading off to Asia Cup just as he's starting to find his stride.

Jones Dom and ? He has to start and we need to keep it as simple as possible for him - no way I’d start Grav in this game and Mc is injured

It's not about being exposed. He's just a bit slow with the ball turning, thinking he's got time. Has happened too many times for it just be a bad moment here or there, every team that has pressed us when he's played has caught him out multiple times. He got very lucky against Palace for example.

So has Mac, so has Trent in those positions. He's still getting up to speed in PL, but getting better every game.

Ultimately we still won those games that you refer to and keep hearing all season how certain teams or managers are going to exploit our obvious weaknesses, but so far they haven't.

Maybe he will get caught out a few times against Arsenal and maybe they'll even score from it, but if we contributes positively in other ways and we still get the 3 points, then who cares?

What was his good fortune against Palace, the foul?

He’s definitely starting against Arsenal, we don’t really have any other options with Mac Allister, Thiago and Bajcetic all injured.

Endo has to play, at the very least he is a DM. He may struggle with the pace but he's the best option we have in there imo, in truth we need better but he will have to do. It's going to be a tough game, really hope the lads can band together, at least Dom and Jones have some legs and can help out.

We had the three roles vs West Ham (Szobo, Endo and Jones) plus Harvey and Gakpo dropping in which allowed us to dominate in there and look fluid

Pretty sure that is a quote from Buzzo and not Uncle Bob, and that it was in reference to his porn preferences.

Every DM has a mistake in them & he’s no different but he’s the best option we have right now. It’s up to the CB’s to give him the ball at the right time & not invite too much pressure on him. Here’s hoping he has a blinder

So pleased for him. Worthy of his start, he did well.

Obviously lacking pace to become a worldie but no doubt an excellent DM and I thought he played great again.
