    I don't think he has been successful in much of that you mentioned, I think one game I watched and I thought he had a good game. Certainly wouldn't go around writing the kid off but for me, he's been disappointing so far. He'll get time.

    Out of possession, break up play and advance the ball.
    In possession, recycle the ball and or break the lines.

    Considering he's new to the PL and in the heart of midfield I think he's doing fine for now.

    And what job is that exactly? I'm not quite sure what he is yet. He has good technical ability, he's not slow, he's a big lad so he has good attributes, his problem is he isn't involved in games. Like I said, he's young and will get time.

    He's had really good games and really bad games

    Which you absolutely expect at 21 years old

    Can't understand anyone writing him off at this age, it's daft

    He’s done pretty well overall since he’s come in.

    Fans are just extremely fickle nowadays and their opinion on players can swing drastically based on a performance.

    The funny thing is that by the looks of your average match going prem fan, they’d struggle to run 100m let alone kick a ball
