Small sample size but he has done very well.

It’s been a great benefit for him to have been allowed to mature out of his teens before getting a chance. Too many young hopeful CB’s blooded too early in competitive games. Only for them not to progress

And far too much shizzle about players needing prem experience...
I'm not too sure if he was being groomed as a CB replacement or a situation occurred where we just had no one else available... similar to Nat Phillips and Rhys Williams.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Both Nat and Rhys were allowed to leave in the window. For me that means the decision was made that Jarell was considered good enough to allow them to depart, permanently and on loan

Hopefully he will still get some first team game experience when we are at full strength

He looks much faster and more agile than Phillips or Williams though and that’s a big difference if he’s to succeed in a klopp team

That fact that he hasn't looked like he'd won a competition to play for us in any of his games speaks volumes.

Just watched his Wolves highlight real, he was a lot more involved than I'd first realised, which is good cos it means he just slotted in quietly and efficiently. Got compose, good positional sense, can pass a long ball and doesn't seem to get bullied. Signs are promising, hope it continues.

                  And he's an absolute unit.

Gonna be some job replacing VVD and Matip, but **** me, this lad is making it look like a piece of piss so far.

Was just going to post about him also.

Seems to have the lot. Strong, reads the game welland very composed. Seems to already make the correct decision all the time.

Not many CBS can break down the inside right drive into the box and pick a pass for an assist either.

Love to see local lads make it in the team.
                      Modifying post.

Was a mad goal and a fitting conclusion to that game.

Really hope Quansah can stay fit to find out if he is the real deal or not. If it doesn't work out for him, I hope it's not because of injuries and we're left wondering 'what if?'.

He’s really looking very promising so far & not overwhelmed at all.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

                                I'm not English.

I couldn't really get my wording right TBF, I m just sick of the curse of injured CB's. The only (good) one we've had since the days of Sami and Hencoz that isn't injury prone, ended up getting the worst injury of the lot thanks to Pickford.
