This has never made a single bit of sense to me. Why can’t you rescind a yellow, says who and for what purpose. I can only think it’s because they are work shy, enabling this would result in more work for them as they know they **** up plenty of these

Further question: If this panel that is powerless to change anything is feeding into something bigger why is it only able to look into second yellow cards, if it is related to discipline and refereeing standards or something of that sort surely it should look into all cards and try and judge if there is a consistency, if it is looking into players getting sent off for 2 yellow cards only then the 1st yellow is just as important as the 2nd in getting a player sent off.
